If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund process to make things right. Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required.
Items must be returned within 60 days of the delivery date.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

Initiating a Return
For U.S. Customers:
Contact us at contact@nurcanscarpet.com within 60 days of receiving your item.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Pack the item securely and drop it off at the designated shipping location.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about your refund status.

For International Customers:
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs.
Contact us at contact@nurcanscarpet.com to receive return instructions.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in ensuring that your order arrives safely and accurately. However, if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please inspect it upon delivery and contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will work swiftly to provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature. These include:
Custom-made or personalized rugs.
Clearance or final sale items.
Gift cards and promotional vouchers.
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us for clarification before initiating the process.

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, follow these steps:
Initiate a return for the original item following our return policy.
Place a new order for the desired item separately.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund as follows:
If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is processed.
Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please Note:
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
If the returned item is found to be damaged or used, a partial refund or denial may apply.
